Mathematical Physics (PMT)

Mathematical Physics (PMT)

Section Information

Mathematical Physics focuses on the rigorous mathematical formulation and analysis of physical theories. The field develops and applies advanced mathematical structures to describe fundamental laws of nature, bridging pure mathematics and theoretical physics.

Current research includes quantum field theory, general relativity, statistical mechanics, integrable systems, dynamical systems, and geometric methods in physics. Advances in operator theory, differential geometry, topology, and algebraic structures are deepening the understanding of physical phenomena.

This section publishes theoretical studies, formal proofs, analytical investigations, and review articles that contribute to the mathematical foundations of physical theories.
