Section Information

Veterinary Sciences focus on the health, welfare, and medical care of animals, including companion animals, livestock, wildlife, and aquatic species. The field integrates clinical practice, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, and public health to prevent and treat animal diseases and support food safety.

Current research includes infectious and non-infectious diseases, veterinary diagnostics, surgery, animal nutrition, herd health management, zoonotic diseases, and emerging veterinary technologies. Advances in molecular diagnostics, vaccines, precision livestock management, and One Health approaches are strengthening animal and human health connections.

This section publishes clinical studies, laboratory investigations, epidemiological research, field trials, and review articles related to veterinary medicine and animal health systems.
