Overview

Problems like clean energy, smart healthcare, climate change, and digital transformation cannot be solved by one field alone. This special issue is for authors who want to show how combining ideas from different areas can create better solutions. We welcome papers that present new methods, practical applications, or reviews that make it easier for others to learn and build on your work. Submission Guidelines
- For Initial Submission use a pdf file and Don’t include the author’s name and affiliation in the manuscript pdf file. Keep remember! DON’T INCLUDE AUTHORS NAME IN PDF FILE OF THE INITIAL SUBMISSION.
- You can download the Online Submission Guidelines for the step-wise submission process.
- During Online submission, you must select Special Issue Paper from the Track menu and then select SI on Emer. Mul. Directions in Engg. Comp. & App. Sci. 2026-27 in Special Issue/Selection. (Screenshot attached below)
- In the cover letter section, the author must specify the topic from the above list (minimum 1 with maximum 3) and also write the Invitation code in it.

Important Dates
Paper Submission Deadline: 31st December, 2026
Acceptance Notification: 4-6 weeks (after submission)
Publication Date: 2 weeks after acceptance

Publication Fee
Publishing an article in the Advances in Science, Technology and Engineering Systems Journal requires Article Processing Charges (APCs), which will be billed to the submitting author after the article is accepted for publication. For the special issue, invited articles receive a 10% discount on the publication fee. This discount is applied after any country-based discount. Special Discount
There is a speical 20% discount (for this special issue only and applied after any country-based discount) on the publication fee for all the papers submitted till 15th November 2026.
