Special Issue on Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence Systems: From Theory to Application

The special issue “Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence Systems: From Theory to Application” Examines artificial intelligence (AI) systems from an interdisciplinary perspective, highlighting their many facets. It aims to integrate research, insights, and approaches from other fields to investigate the development of artificial intelligence (AI) from theoretical underpinnings to practical applications. This special issue aims to provide a thorough knowledge of AI systems and their ramifications by combining viewpoints from various disciplines, including computer science, engineering, ethics, psychology, sociology, and more.

A game-changer in many spheres, artificial intelligence (AI) is altering business practices, social dynamics, and even government policymaking. We see more and more examples of AI in action every day, even as its theoretical foundations are always changing. Yet, many factors outside technology contribute to the difficulty of developing and deploying AI systems. For AI to positively impact society while reducing negative ones, we must tread cautiously on ethical, legal, social, and psychological grounds.

Explore the path from theoretical frameworks to real-world implementation of AI systems in this special issue that provides a forum for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to dive into these multidisciplinary elements. We hope that by encouraging cross-disciplinary discussion and cooperation, we can better understand AI and how it will affect people’s lives and the world.
