Neuroimaging (NUM)
Section Information
Neuroimaging focuses on the visualization and analysis of the structure and function of the brain and nervous system using advanced imaging technologies. The field integrates neuroscience, radiology, physics, engineering, and data science to study brain organization, connectivity, and pathology.
Current research includes functional magnetic resonance imaging, diffusion imaging, positron emission tomography, electroencephalography, multimodal imaging integration, and computational brain mapping. Advances in high-resolution imaging, real-time analysis, and machine learning are improving diagnosis, monitoring, and understanding of neurological disorders.
This section publishes clinical studies, methodological developments, imaging analyses, computational modeling research, and review articles related to brain imaging and neurotechnology.
