Section Information

Entomology focuses on the study of insects, their biology, behavior, ecology, and interactions with humans, plants, and ecosystems. The field examines insect diversity, physiology, genetics, and population dynamics to understand their ecological roles and economic impacts.

Current research includes insect taxonomy, integrated pest management, vector-borne diseases, pollinator health, insect physiology, and insect–plant interactions. Advances in molecular biology, genomics, remote sensing, and ecological modeling are improving strategies for pest control and biodiversity conservation.

This section publishes field studies, laboratory investigations, taxonomic research, ecological analyses, applied pest management studies, and review articles related to insect science and its practical applications.
