Energy and Fuels focus on the production, conversion, storage, and efficient use of energy resources. The field studies conventional and renewable energy systems, fuel technologies, and energy materials to support sustainable and secure energy supply.

Current research includes fossil fuel processing, biofuels, hydrogen energy, batteries, fuel cells, carbon capture, and advanced energy materials. Advances in catalysis, nanomaterials, process optimization, and energy system modeling are improving performance and reducing environmental impact.

This section publishes experimental studies, process development research, material innovation reports, system modeling analyses, and review articles related to energy technologies and fuel science.
