Forestry focuses on the management, conservation, and sustainable use of forest resources. The field studies forest ecosystems, tree biology, silviculture practices, forest economics, and the role of forests in climate regulation and biodiversity conservation.

Current research includes forest regeneration, carbon sequestration, forest health monitoring, wildfire management, remote sensing applications, and sustainable timber production. Advances in geographic information systems, ecological modeling, and climate impact assessment are improving forest planning and resilience strategies.
